What's the difference between Original and Performance+?
Original is caffeine-free. Performance+ adds 50 mg of caffeine from yerba mate, plus potassium and magnesium citrate. Both have 23 g of carbs from raw Manitoba honey.
Will it sit OK mid-run?
Everyone's gut is different, so try it in training before race day. There are no gums, thickeners or artificial ingredients.
My gel looks crystallized. Is it still good?
Yes. Raw honey naturally crystallizes. It means nothing was stripped out. Press the packet for a few seconds until it loosens.
What are royal jelly and propolis?
